Q2Team was founded in Dubai in 2026 as the operational answer to a structural problem in Eurasian freight: the world's most strategically significant overland trade corridor runs almost entirely on paper, personal relationships, and local knowledge. We exist to change that.
The International North-South Transport Corridor is 75% built. The physical infrastructure exists. What doesn't exist is the digital layer that makes it reliable, financeable, and scalable — the system that converts transit time from a variable into a bankable SLA.
Q2Team builds that layer. We operate on the INSTC, not around it. Active carrier networks in Iran, established Armenian corridor relationships, and a cross-currency financial clearing engine that has been processing IRR flows for years — these are our starting conditions, not our aspirations.
Founded in Dubai as a joint venture between Qbic (technology and escrow infrastructure) and TeamLogistics (Armenian corridor operations), Q2Team is structurally positioned between geopolitical blocs — able to serve carriers, shippers, and forwarders across the corridor without alignment to any single jurisdiction.
